Method
- After boiling rice take out in a broad vessel add sesame oil(2tbsp)and salt mix and keep ready.
- Keep a kadai add oil and the mustard,urad and bengal gram dhal to hot oil and when seeds splutter,dhals become brown add both chillies,hing and curry leaves.
- Add turmeric powder and mix.
- Now add some water(2-3 tbsp)and lemon juice and salt, don't let to boil switch off add rice and mix well(check for salt and add as rice also contains salt).
- Add roasted cashews and serve.

Notes
Usually some roasted peanuts or cashews are added during seasoning itself,but to keep it crispy I have added roasted cashews at the end.
After adding lemon juice don't boil it as it will become bitter.
I have added some water along with the lemon juice so that the mixture evenly absorbs and coats the rice evenly.
