Method
- Disslove saffron in warm milk.
- Keep everything ready including chopped nuts.
- Cream ghee and sugar nicely.
- Then add saffron and cardamom powder mix.
- Then add flour to it.
- Make a dough.
- In-between preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Flatten it between two sheets of butter paper or a parchment.
- Now sprinkle the nuts over it and roll.
- Then cut to desired shapes.
- Place the biscuits over a butter paper lined tray and bake for 15 minutes.
- Cool it before you store.

Notes
All the flavour comes from saffron hence the name saffron biscuits.
Adding nuts is a must which gives the real crunch.
You can use a parchment or a cling film to roll the dough as it would stick without it.
