Method
- Grease a loaf pan with oil and dust with maida,keep ready.
- Take milk in a vessel and boil add the deseeded dates to it and boil till soft in low flame.
- Make the date milk mixture to cool.
- Then in-between sieve maida and baking powder in a vessel,add chopped badam,mix and keep ready.
- Add cooled milk dates mix in a jar with oil ,milkmaid and curd.
- Beat well till blended well to a shiny mixture.
- Add this to the maida mix and mix thoroughly,lastly add some chopped dates and mix.
- In-between pre-heat oven for 10 minutes.
- Bake at 160 degrees for 35 minutes or till the skewer inserted comes out clean.

Notes
I have baked at lower temperature so that it cooks perfect.
You can set the temperature according to your ovens nature.
If the cake browns too fast cover the top with a aluminium or a parchment.
You can use any nuts walnuts and almonds suits best with this cake.
