Method
- Soak rajma beans overnight and boil it nicely with required salt and keep ready.
- Dry roast the "to roast and grind" ingredients till golden.
- Grind it coarsely and keep ready.
- Keep a kadai add oil to heat.
- Add mustard to splutter then add hing,curry leaves and chillies.
- Add the boiled beans and stir well.
- Add only 1 tsp of this powder.
- Then mix well.
- Add grated coconut and switch off.

Notes
This roasted powder gives nice flavour to the dish.
