pistachio cookie recipe / piped biscuits

Ingredients
  

  • Pistachios powdered - 2-3 tbsp
  • Butter soft - 1/2 cup
  • Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence few drops
  • All purpose flour/maida - 3/4 cup
  • Cornflour - 2 tbsp
  • milk few tbsps 2-4

Method
 

  1. Add butter,vanilla essence and powdered sugar in a bowl and cream it well .
  2. Then take powdered pista,maida and corn flour add to the creamed mixture and mix well.
  3. Now add milk and bring to a squeeze consistency.
  4. Pre-heat oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
  5. Take a piping bag with a simple hole fill up the mixture.
  6. Squeeze to desired shapes on a butter paper layered baking tray.
  7. Bake it for 12-15 minutes.
  8. Take out and cool.

Notes

If you don't want to be squeezed don't add more milk add only enough to make into a dough and cut into shapes or no milk.
As I have not powdered finely so I have not used nozzles.
Oven temperatures differs from oven to oven.
