Method
- First grind curry leaves with peppers,then add cloves and grind,keep ready.
- Keep a kadai add oil and add mustard to splutter with cumin.
- Then add onions to sweat,then capsicum and ground masala.
- Add salt and cook for few seconds and add the steamed idli’s to it.
- Stir for a second,now add the tamarind water,close the lid for few minutes.
- Open,stir well add coriander leaves,ghee and serve hot.

Notes
Don’t over cook onions and capsicum it should be crunchy only.
For light tartness I have added tamarind,you can also add lemon juice instead.
