- Salt to taste
- chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Some chopped curry leaves
- Cornflour - 2 tbsp
- All purpose flour - 1 tbsp
- Rice flour - 2 tbsp
- Curd - 2 tsp
Cut paneer into cubes add salt , lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder,garam masala, curry leaves mix with light hands.2.Let this marinate for 10-15 minutes.3.Now heat up a kadai with oil.4.To the marinate add cornflour, maida and rice flour with curd and mix up gently till the paneer is well coated.5.If needed sprinkle some water and mix.6.When the oil is hot keep it to medium add paneer pieces one by one and fry till golden.7.Fry some more curry leaves in hot oil for garnish.8.Take out in a tissue and serve hot with some more fried curry leaves.
- Adding curry leaves is optional.
- Be gentle when mixing paneer it tends to break easily.
- If you don’t want to add both lemon juice and curd you can add any one of it.
- You can use water itself instead of adding curd.
- Fry at medium flame not in high flame.
- After switching off the stove fry curry leaves.
