- Start by mincing 4-5 Nungu/Ice Apple fruits, which should amount to approximately 170 grams.2.In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup (250 ml) of whipping cream and whisk it until it reaches a thick consistency and forms stiff peaks.3.Gradually add 1/3 cup (100 ml) of condensed milk to the whipped cream beat gently to incorporate the condensed milk into the cream add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence to enhance the overall taste of the dessert.4.Add 1 tablespoon of honey to the mixture and stir well to combine.5.Now, add the minced Nungu/Ice Apple to the cream mixture.6.Mix all the ingredients gently until well combined.7.Transfer the mixture into a suitable container or individual serving bowls.8.Cover the container(s) and place them in the freezer for at least 8 hours, or until the dessert sets completely.9.Once the dessert is fully set, it is ready to be served.
