Line the 8-inch pan with parchment paper or butter paper.2.Crush the almonds and walnuts lightly roast and set them aside.3.In a double boiler, melt the dark compound chocolate and butter together until smooth.4.Remove from heat and add in the cornflakes, almonds and walnuts, stirring until everything is well coated.5.Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press it down firmly.6.In a separate double boiler, melt the white compound chocolate.7.Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the top of the cornflake mixture.8.Chill the pan in the fridge for at least an hour or until the chocolate is set.9.Remove from the pan and cut into squares or bars.
