- All purpose flour/maida - 3/4 cup
- Mango pieces - 1 cup
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Oil to fry
- Some powdered sugar for sprinkle(optional)
Take mango pieces in a blender add sugar and blend to a smooth puree.2. Keep it ready.3. Take a mixing bowl add maida and ghee mix. 4. Rub to form a bread crumb texture.5. Now add the mango puree and make a dough that is smooth at the same time stiff.6. Close with a lid and let it sit for 10 minutes.7. Knead the dough pinch off small balls make it smooth.8. Roll it with a rolling pin to circles with medium thickness.9. Make all the dough in the same way and keep ready.10. In-between heat oil in a kadai when its hot drop the puris and fry till golden.11. Take out in a tissue. 12. Sprinkle sugar and serve.
- For frying puris the oil should be hot enough to cook it perfectly.
- Sugar added can be adjusted according to sweetness.
- Because some mangoes may be less sweet so adjust accordingly.
- Sprinkling sugar is optional.
