Method
- Wash broken wheat once.
- Keep a vessel with 11/2 cups of water when it boils add bulgar wheat stir and close the lid.
- Cook till it becomes tender.
- Drain and pass it through cold water and keep it ready with all water completely drained.
- Combine all the other ingredients listed.
- Mix well cover it and keep it in fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Then serve it chilled.

Notes
The wheat should be cooked perfectly and water should be drained completely.
Coarser kind of broken wheat is suitable for this salad.
It can stay fresh even for a day and the flavours of-course become intense.
Be careful while grating orange zest as the white part will give bitterness.
