- In a pad dry roast badam till nice aroma come out now add sesame seeds & let it pop.2.When it cools grind to a coarse powder & keep in a mixing plate.3.Now again heat kadai with ghee add kambu powder roast till nice aroma is released & colour changes.4.Add this to nut mixture mix well when they become warm add jaggery powder mix& add cardamom powder.5.Mix well then make laddu’s.6.Store in airtight container & enjoy.

Notes
- Store the laddus in an airtight container once they have completely cooled down. They stay fresh for a few weeks if stored properly.
- Taste the mixture before shaping laddus to ensure it's sweet enough. Adjust sweetness by adding more jaggery
- You can add any nuts you prefer for added texture and taste.
