- In mixing bowl add Jowar flour & Riceflour.2.Add Chopped Ginger,Chopped Green Chillies & Needed Salt.3.Add Cumin Mix by adding water little at a time without any lumps.4.Make a Lump free very thin buttermilk like batter.5.Add Needed water to bring this consistency.6.Heat a non-stick tava before making each dosa mix it well as the batter settles at the bottom.7.Splash water clean the tava with clean cloth to a tissue.8.Now sprinkle some chopped onion firstly then pour batter in circular motion filling the gaps.9.Leave it for a minute then drizzle oil.10.Cook in medium flame when ends starts turning golden fold it.11.Repeat the same for all the batter.12.Crispy,Lacy & Tasty Instant Jowar Dosa is ready.

Notes
- Batter must always be very thin
- Mix batter before each dosa
- Cook only on medium flame
- Use a non-stick tawa for best results
- Clean the tawa between dosas
