Method
- First beat the curd with needed water and then add all the powder including salt.
- Then at last add boondi and chopped coriander and mix well.

Notes
Adding sugar to it enhances the taste but,I have not added.
Usually boondis are soaked and then added but have added as such because I like it.
By this method the boodi raitas are more delectable as flavors seeps directly into the curds from boondis.
