Method
- First in a mixer add curd,cardamom powder and sugar.
- Then ice-cubes and milk.
- Beat the mixture well.
- Then add malai and beat well(malai is the top layer of thick fat collected from milk).
- Creamy lassi is ready.
- Serve cool.


Notes
Adding malai is optional.
Malai is the layer collected from top of the milk.
Instead of ice cubes you can add water but I prefer adding ice-cubes.
For cardamom powder only the seeds are powdered and added.
Perfect fresh curd/yogurts works great for this lassi.
