Ingredients
  

  • milk - 1 liter
  • lemon juice - 3 tbsp

Method
 

  1. Boil the milk
  2. when it comes to boil
  3. add lemon juice.
  4. the whey should seperate from the milk as shown above.
  5. strain it with a strainer.
  6. put it in muslin cloth or any strain able cloth put weight on it as shown.
  7. remove it make pieces and store.

Notes

It can be stored in fridge for 1-2 weeks.
In freezer it stays well for months.
If we are storing in freezer we should thaw the food before
use.
Thawing:
Take out of the fridge soak in warm water for 1/2 hr
then use in whatever dish you want.
