Ingredients
  

  • Flavourless oil sunflower or even olive oil - 200ml
  • One whole egg big
  • Salt to taste
  • Powdered mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 11/2 tsp

Method
 

  1. In a hand blender first add egg then add mustard powder, salt and lemon juice blend till combined.
  2. Then add oil little at a time and blend till all the oil is used up.
  3. Creamy thick shiny mayonnaise is ready.

Notes

You can even add some pepper powder while blending.
Add oil little at time so that we get silky smooth mayonnaise.
Flavourless oil works better for making good mayonnaise.
