- HEAT GHEE, ROAST CASHEWS TILL GOLDEN, REMOVE.2. ROAST RAVA IN THE SAME GHEE UNTIL NICELY AROMATIC.3. ADD GRATED COCONUT AND ROAST UNTIL FRAGRANT.4. REDUCE FLAME, ADD MILK LITTLE BY LITTLE, MIX UNTIL SOFT & FLUFFY.5. SWITCH OFF, ADD POWDERED SUGAR, CARDAMOM POWDER, AND ROASTED CASHEWS, MIX WELL.6. SHAPE INTO LADDU'S WHILE WARM.

Notes
- Roast the rava slowly on low flame until aromaticÂ
- Add milk little by little for a fluffy texture.
- Switch off the flame before adding sugar to avoid melting.
- Shape laddu's while the mixture is still warm.
- Store in an airtight container It stay well up-to 4-5 daysÂ
