- Chop all the veggies and keep ready.2.Make a slurry with cornflour and little vegetable stock mix well and keep ready.3.Take a thick bottomed pan add butter when it melts add spring onions and celery saute for a minute.4.Then add carrot and beans add needed salt with ajinomoto and sugar.5.Sauté well for a minute.6.Then add the vegetable stock and bring to a boiling when it starts boiling add the corn flour slurry to it with some pepper powder.7.Let it boil for few minutes till the soup thicken from the slurry we added.8.Serve hot with needed salt and pepper if needed.

Notes
Choice of vegetables may vary for this soup you can even add some cabbage or skip beans and add sweet corn its your wish.
You can even add some finely chopped mushrooms or some boiled noodles.
According to taste you can add pepper and salt while serving.
I have added ajinomoto but its optional.
