Method
- Sieve maida,baking powder and baking soda and keep ready.
- Take butter,milk-powder and sugar in a bowl and beat.
- Whisk it out nicely till fluffy add vanilla essence in-between,then add milk and whisk.
- Now pre-heat oven at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
- Now add the dry ingredients to it little by little.
- To a frothy mixture.
- Fill up half way in suitable cup cake moulds(if using steel mould grease it properly with butter coating and dust with flour)I have used silicon mould.
- Sprinkle some choco chips if necessary.

Notes
Should grease the mould according to the type you are using,here I had a silicon mould so I didn't grease it.
If using steel mould grease it properly with butter coating and dust with flour.
Use of choco-chips is optional.
Sugar is not powdered it is used as such.
