chikoo milk shake /sapota(chikku)milkshake

Ingredients
  

  • Chikoo/sapota - 2 cups skinned out without seeds
  • Sugar as per taste
  • Milk - 500 ml boiled and chilled in fridge

Method
 

  1. Add sapota in a blender/mixer add needed sugar and little milk and beat well.
  2. Then add remaining milk and beat well.
  3. Chikoo milk shake is ready.
  4. Serve chilled.

Notes

Icecream(vanilla)can be added for more taste,richness and creaminess.
But it is not necessary because it tastes great as such.
You can add sugar according to your taste(so I have not given the exact amount).
