- Keep a thick bottomed soup pan add 5 cups of water. When it boils add all roughly chopped onion, carrots,greenchillies,pepper,bayleaves,coriander leaves, ginger and chicken.2.Let it boil for 10 minutes by closing the lid.3.Open lid strain the contents remove chicken pieces alone and shred them.4.Make a slurry of cornflour with water and keep ready.5.Now keep the same pan add butter with grated garlic saute.6.Add stock with needed salt and shredded chicken let it boil7.Add slurry stir well add some pepper powder, let it boil for 5 minutes.8.Switch off serve with some chopped coriander.

Notes
- Increase or decrease pepper according to your taste
- You can make as a egg drop soup by adding egg while boiling itself.
- I prefer it to be a thin soup but if you need it thick add more corn flour slurry.
