- First add ghee fry nuts to golden then add poha to it make it crisp.2.Switch off cool.3.Grind this with sugar & cardamom powder.4.Take out in a plate.5.Fry badam slices in 1 tsp of ghee.6.Add this to poha mix.7.Make laddu’s & you are all done.

Notes
- You can use normal aval instead of mapillai samba aval.
- Jaggery can be used instead of sugar.
- Even nattu sarkarai can be replaced instead of sugar.
- Ghee added should be enough to make shapes and it should hold.
- Even some pista or kismiss can be added.
