Then add green chillies,tamarind and garlic pods and saute till rawness goes.
Add the peel and fry.
Now add coriander,mint combo with salt.
Close with a lid for 5-6 minutes.
Switch off ,add coconut to it and grind coarsely.
Notes
Can be had with rice,idli and dosa.
You can add tadka to it if you wish,but I have not done any tadka.
If you wish it to be little sweeter add a piece of jaggery.
