Amla or Gooseberry
Nellikai - De seeded to make one cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Ginger - 2 pieces
Instructions
For the concentrate
Cut amla without seeds making 1 cup.
Pulse out amla and ginger.
Then add filtered sugar syrup and make a fine paste.
Filter it.
For Amla juice
Now add required concentrate and adjust ice-cubes and water accordingly.
Relish it chilled.
Notes
No water is added when preparing the concentrate and we add water only for making sugar syrup.
It is so refreshing when served chilled.
