In a pad dry roast badam till nice aroma come out now add sesame seeds & let it pop.2.When it cools grind to a coarse powder & keep in a mixing plate.3.Now again heat kadai with ghee add kambu powder roast till nice aroma is released & colour changes.4.Add this to nut mixture mix well when they become warm add jaggery powder mix& add cardamom powder.5.Mix well then make laddu’s.6.Store in airtight container & enjoy.
Notes
Store the laddus in an airtight container once they have completely cooled down. They stay fresh for a few weeks if stored properly.
Taste the mixture before shaping laddus to ensure it's sweet enough. Adjust sweetness by adding more jaggery
You can add any nuts you prefer for added texture and taste.
