Grease suitable paper cups or muffin cups or even a stainless steel cups with ghee & keep ready.2.Mix maida & milk powder mix keep ready.3.Keep some chopped nuts & slit nuts of cashews & badam.4.Arrange this in greased cups & keep ready.5.Now heat ghee add sugar stir on continuously.6.It will be clumpy at the beginning & it will start to dissolve .7.It will change colour at one stage.8.Now switch off the stove add maida mix stir continuously.9.When it thicken & forms ribbons immediately transfer to suitable cups.10.Transfer it with a spoon don’t fill it.11.Now leave it for 10 minutes.12.After it sets remove & serve.13.Brittle chewy tasty Sohan Halwa is all ready.

Be careful with the consistency caramel colour will easily change & burn.
Switch off stove before adding maida mixture.
It sets very quickly so be quick when setting this sweet.
