  • NUNGU/ICE APPLE

    (TO MINCE) - 4-5/170 GMS

    WHIPPING CREAM - 1 CUP/250 ML

    CONDENSED MILK - 1/3 CUP/100ML

    HONEY - 1 TBSP

    SOME CHOPPED NUNGU PIECES - 50 GM

    VANILLA ESSENCE - 1 TSP

  • Start by mincing 4-5 Nungu/Ice Apple fruits, which should amount to approximately 170 grams.
    2.In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup (250 ml) of whipping cream and whisk it until it reaches a thick consistency and forms stiff peaks.
    3.Gradually add 1/3 cup (100 ml) of condensed milk to the whipped cream beat gently to incorporate the condensed milk into the cream add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence to enhance the overall taste of the dessert.
    4.Add 1 tablespoon of honey to the mixture and stir well to combine.
    5.Now, add the minced Nungu/Ice Apple to the cream mixture.
    6.Mix all the ingredients gently until well combined.
    7.Transfer the mixture into a suitable container or individual serving bowls.
    8.Cover the container(s) and place them in the freezer for at least 8 hours, or until the dessert sets completely.
    9.Once the dessert is fully set, it is ready to be served. You can garnish it with additional chopped Nungu/Ice Apple pieces if desired.

  • Allow the ice cream mixture to freeze for at least 8 hours, or until it sets completely.
