Take rice flour in a mixing bowl add all the ingredients in the list.2.By adding little water at a time make a soft ,pliable dough.3.Let it rest for 5-10 minutes.4.Take a butter paper or parchment or banana leaf spread some oil5.Spread the dough evenly as possible.6.Now heat a dosa pan flip over leave the paper on it.7.After some time the paper will come off.8.Now add oil and cook on both sides take out serve with spicy tomato chutney.
Notes
If you have omam you can add instead of cumin.
The heat for cooking the roti should be correct don’t over cook or undercook the roti.
Spread thin as possible so that in cooks fast and texture will also be good.
Chop veggies as thin as possible you can grate them so that it becomes easy to spread.
