Take a mixing bowl with rice flour, roasted gram flour, salt,hing, chilli powder and jeera.2.Mix well add butter and mix well till crumbly.3.Add needed Water to form a pliable dough.4.Now heat up oil and fill dough in murruku mould.5.Squeeze into backside of the laddle then gently drop into hot oil.6.Even you can squeeze directly into oil.7.Cook in medium high hot oil take out when shh sound subsides.8.Enjoy storing in airtight container.
Notes
When squeezing out into the oil the heat should be high(hot enough)then reduce the flame(medium high not too low) for even crisp cooking.
If you cook it in high heat for all the time then the murukku will not be crisp.
Dough consistency should be correct otherwise whole thing will be spoiled.
