Take mango pieces in a blender add sugar and blend to a smooth puree.2. Keep it ready.3. Take a mixing bowl add maida and ghee mix. 4. Rub to form a bread crumb texture.5. Now add the mango puree and make a dough that is smooth at the same time stiff.6. Close with a lid and let it sit for 10 minutes.7. Knead the dough pinch off small balls make it smooth.8. Roll it with a rolling pin to circles with medium thickness.9. Make all the dough in the same way and keep ready.10. In-between heat oil in a kadai when its hot drop the puris and fry till golden.11. Take out in a tissue. 12. Sprinkle sugar and serve.
Notes
For frying puris the oil should be hot enough to cook it perfectly.
Sugar added can be adjusted according to sweetness.
Because some mangoes may be less sweet so adjust accordingly.
