Ingredients
  

  • All purpose flour/maida - 3/4 cup

  • Mango pieces - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 2 tbsp

  • Sugar - 2 tsp

  • Oil to fry
  • Some powdered sugar for sprinkle(optional)

Instructions
 

  • Take mango pieces in a blender add sugar and blend to a smooth puree.
    2. Keep it ready.
    3. Take a mixing bowl add maida and ghee mix.
    4. Rub to form a bread crumb texture.
    5. Now add the mango puree and make a dough that is smooth at the same time stiff.
    6. Close with a lid and let it sit for 10 minutes.
    7. Knead the dough pinch off small balls make it smooth.
    8. Roll it with a rolling pin to circles with medium thickness.
    9. Make all the dough in the same way and keep ready.
    10. In-between heat oil in a kadai when its hot drop the puris and fry till golden.
    11. Take out in a tissue.
    12. Sprinkle sugar and serve.

Notes

  • For frying puris the oil should be hot enough to cook it perfectly.
  • Sugar added can be adjusted according to sweetness.
  • Because some mangoes may be less sweet so adjust accordingly.
  • Sprinkling sugar is optional.
