eggless chocolate mug cake recipe in microwave

Ingredients
  

  • All purpose flour/maida - 24 gm /3 tbsp

  • Baking powder - 1/8 tsp

  • Baking soda - tiny pinch

  • Salt a dot

  • Cocoa powder - 11/2 tbsp /9 grams

  • Butter melted - 3 tbsp/42 grams

  • Condensed milk - 3 tbsp

  • Milk - 3 tbsp/45 grams

  • Some grated chocolate or some choco chips

Instructions
 

  • Keep every ingredient measured and ready.
    2.Take a mug microwave safe mug add all the dry ingredients like maida, cocoa powder baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    3.Mix well without lumps.
    4.Now add the wet ingredients one by one.
    5.Add butter, condensed milk and milk.
    6.Stir well without lumps.
    7.Keep it in a microwave for 2 minutes.
    8.Take out add some chocolate shaving or choco chips.
    9.Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Depending upon your microwave the time differs.
  • Cook in micro high for 2 minutes.
  • I cooked in two medium mugs kept for 2 minutes.
  • Little coffee powder can also be added.
  • Sprinkle some choco chips or even chocolate chunks.
  • It will melt in piping hot cake and will taste delicious.
