bhapa doi with condensed milk / mishti doi

Ingredients
  

  • Hung curd - 200gms
  • Condensed milk - 200 gm
  • Powdered cardamom - 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • 1.Take hung curd in a mixer jar beat well.
    Then add condensed milk again beat till smooth.
    Keep ramekin cups or mud pots or even any suitable jar.
    Then finally add cardamom powder and mix well.
    Pour this into suitable moulds, cover with aluminium foil.
    Heat a steamer with water.
    Place these cups to steam and cook.
    It may take 10 minutes to cook.
    Take out and check with skewer inserted come clean.
    Leave it fridge for few hours and serve chilled.

Notes

This is a quick version of making mishti doi easy and tasty.
Hung curd is very important.
Drain the curd well without any water.
Curd should not be too tart fresh curd will be better.
To set the mixture it can be microwaved or even baked.
