banana cake easy recipe (eggless with nuts)

Ingredients
  

  • Over ripe bananas - 2 big
  • Wheat flour - 11/2 cups
  • Oil - 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
  • Spice mix:cinnamon and cardamom -1/4tsp cloves 1/8th tsp (all powders)
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder - 11/2 tsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Honey - 1tbsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Some chopped dry fruits pista,badam,dry grapes

Instructions
 

  • Grease a baking tin with oil or butter and dust with flour on all sides and keep ready.
  • In a mixer jar blend bananas and sugar and take it in a bowl or blend it in a hand blender without any lumps.
  • Add oil to it and mix nicely till it is all mixed up.
  • Then add spice powders and then vanilla and mix nicely.
  • In-between pre-heat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Sift in the flour,baking soda,baking powder with a pinch of salt directly to the banana mixture.
  • Fold in without any lumps by adding little by little.
  • Add in dry fruits and honey ,reserve some nuts to spread on top before baking.
  • Transfer it to a greased baking tin and here I have used a bread tin.
  • Level the dough and smoothen it add rest nuts and press gently.
  • Bake it for 30-40 minutes depending upon your oven's nature the timing differs.
  • Take out and after it cools cut and serve.

Notes

Cooking time varies from oven to oven.
I have used a bread tin you can used a 8 inch round pan too.
If you are having small banana's then use 4 and bake.
Add moderate spice powder as given otherwise their flavour will be over powering.
I have used only wheat flour but you can use combination of all-purpose flour and wheat flour.
You can use any type oil for this even olive oil.
