In-between preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Flatten it between two sheets of butter paper or a parchment.
Now sprinkle the nuts over it and roll.
Then cut to desired shapes.
Place the biscuits over a butter paper lined tray and bake for 15 minutes.
Cool it before you store.
Notes
All the flavour comes from saffron hence the name saffron biscuits.
Adding nuts is a must which gives the real crunch.
You can use a parchment or a cling film to roll the dough as it would stick without it.
