easy eggless cupcakes /how to bake eggless cupcakes

Ingredients
  

  • All purpose flour/maida - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Milk powder - 3 tbsp
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Butter soft and chill - 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda - 1/2tsp
  • Baking powder - 1/2tsp
  • Choco-chips - 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Sieve maida,baking powder and baking soda and keep ready.
  • Take butter,milk-powder and sugar in a bowl and beat.
  • Whisk it out nicely till fluffy add vanilla essence in-between,then add milk and whisk.
  • Now pre-heat oven at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
  • Now add the dry ingredients to it little by little.
  • To a frothy mixture.
  • Fill up half way in suitable cup cake moulds(if using steel mould grease it properly with butter coating and dust with flour)I have used silicon mould.
  • Sprinkle some choco chips if necessary.

Notes

Should grease the mould according to the type you are using,here I had a silicon mould so I didn't grease it.
If using steel mould grease it properly with butter coating and dust with flour.
Use of choco-chips is optional.
Sugar is not powdered it is used as such.
