milkmaid coconut ladoos/Thengai ladoo

Ingredients
  

  • Fresh grated coconut - 1 cup and some for rolling
  • Milkmaid - 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Take grated coconut and milkmaid in a kadai and heat up.
  • Stir up continuously.
  • Add little ghee and stir up.
  • Then when it becomes thickens add cardamom powder.
  • When all the content comes together like a dough switch off and make a ball.
  • Roll out it it coconut scrapping and refrigerate for sometime before serving.

Notes

It can be done with dry coconut too.
Refrigerate the ladoo's so that it is of right consistency!!otherwise it will be soft and gooey which is also yummy.
