seeds removed - 1 cup
Cashews -4 tbsp
Almonds -4tbsp
pistachios - 4tbsp
Ghee - 2 tsp
Desiccated coconut - 4tbsp
Instructions
Fry all nuts in little ghee till golden and powder coarsely.
De-seed the dated grind coarsely and add it in a kadai with little ghee and stir nicely to a mashed stage.
Then add nuts and coconut(dry) and stir to form a mass (for few minutes).
Switch off the stove and make balls when it cools.
Notes
Other dry fruits like figs can be added.
I have rolled it without greasing my hand you can grease your hand with little ghee for rolling.
