dates ladoo/dates and nuts(dryfruits)ladoo

Total Time 15 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • Dates seeds removed - 1 cup
  • Cashews -4 tbsp
  • Almonds -4tbsp
  • pistachios - 4tbsp
  • Ghee - 2 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut - 4tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Fry all nuts in little ghee till golden and powder coarsely.
  • De-seed the dated grind coarsely and add it in a kadai with little ghee and stir nicely to a mashed stage.
  • Then add nuts and coconut(dry) and stir to form a mass (for few minutes).
  • Switch off the stove and make balls when it cools.

Notes

Other dry fruits like figs can be added.
I have rolled it without greasing my hand you can grease your hand with little ghee for rolling.
