cornflakes crunchy bhel/healthy corn flakes bhel

Ingredients
  

  • Cornflakes - 1 cup
  • Peanuts roasted and skinned - 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chat masala - 1tsp
  • Potato boiled and sliced -2 tbsp
  • Tomato seeded and sliced - 11/2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped - 2 tbsp
  • Pomegranate kernels -1/4 cup
  • Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Boil potato's,slice it chop onions,tomato and coriander,keep ready.
  • In a container/bowl add corn and peanuts.
  • Then add all the ingredients listed with lime juice.
  • Shake and mix well and serve immediately.

Notes

Should serve cornflakes crunchy.
The cornflakes become too soggy!!!too quickly.
Be careful when adding salt and lemon juice because too much of it will spoil the recipe.
