This street style chicken pakora is a sinful snack that you will become obsessive for the juicy chicken and crunch in each bite. Chicken pakora can be made easily at home and many have their own method of making this with different ingredients. But this recipe that I have shared is the simplest recipe that anybody can make and enjoy. You can marinate minimum 15 minutes even for an hour if you have time. I have marinated it for 30 minutes and that was enough for the spices to get incorporated and yields the best chicken in the world. I have added some rice flour to get the crispy texture. Adding curry leaves gives an excellent flavour and taste to this fry. Don’t make the batter too thick
or too thin it should just coat the chicken pieces and that’s enough. I have used Kashmiri red chilli powder for the colour you can use regular chilli powder according to your spice need. Cook chicken in medium high heat you should be adjusting the flame while cooking. Otherwise if the flame is high then the chicken will not be cooked from the inside and browns quickly on the outside.Do try this street style chicken pakora / quick crispy chicken pakoda and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken boneless – 1/2 kg
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Chilli powder(kashmiri) – 21/2 tbsp
Chicken masala – 21/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Chickpea flour/bengal gram flour – 2 tbsp
Corn flour – 1 1/2 tbsp
Rice flour – 11/2 tsp
Some curry leaves
Oil to fry
METHOD:
1.Wash boneless chicken take it in a mixing bowl.
2.Add needed salt then ginger garlic paste with turmeric powder.
3.Lemon juice,Garam masala, coriander powder and chilli powder.
4.Add in chicken masala and mix well.
5.Now add all the three flours add little water at a time and mix.
6.Chicken pieces should be well coated.
7.Add in some curry leaves mix and marinate for 30 minutes.
8.When chicken marinates keep kadai heat up oil.
9.When oil is hot fry chicken pieces at medium high flame.
10. Adjust flame while frying so that insides also gets cooked.
11.When golden take out in a tissue and serve hot.

Notes
- I have added Kashmiri chilli powder for colour.
- You can use normal chilli powder as you need.
- Oil temperature should be right to get perfect fried chicken.
- Boneless pieces would be better for this pakoda.
- Using the same recipe you can make it with mushroom, paneer and even with baby corn.
