I have got quiet a lot of mangoes and eaten up soo..much!!!this summer,but my craving for this golden fruit is never ending one!!Can I give a nice little tip when selecting mangoes? OK !!!!when selecting I always smell it ,and if it has a nice sweet smell! then fruit will also be nice and sweet.It tastes heavenly when it is fully ripe and it just fills the whole space with its sweet-juicy aroma. Summer’s are never complete without a milkshake!!Especially the mango milk shake is one of its kind.Being a simple drink the recipe for mango milkshake has built in fiber and packed with loads and loads of nutrients.It is better to chill mangoes and milk before making this milk shake.We add less sugar which makes it a highly suitable health drink. Lovely silky texture is just soothing and refreshing.children’s love it because it is too tasty and never say no to it.It tastes great when served cold.shake! shake! and shake! everything in blender and that’s it.
INGREDIENTS:
Mangoes(cut) – 1 cup
Sugar – 4 tbsp
Honey – 1 tbsp
Milk – 1 1/2 cups
Ice-cubes – as needed
METHOD:
1.Take cut mangoes in a blender.
2.Add milk to it.
3.Then add sugar and then ice-cubes.
4.Blend well.
5.Add honey and blend well.
6.Ready to be served.

I love mango season. They grow all over here in Hawaii and even though I don’t have a yard to grow my own mango tree they are pretty inexpensive to buy. I often use mango in my smoothies and often I don’t even need to add sweetener. Your pictures are making me drool (they are really great).
