maharashtrian matha recipe /indian summer drink
This scorching heat will really melt away our body and even our minds go crazy searching for ways to beat the heat and of-course there are tons of ways to cool our body naturally. One such simple drink to do on the go without any confusion is the famous maharashtrian matha recipe.Don’t ever think it’s a simple kind of recipe its most wanted for this reason resembling more like South Indian Neer moru/mor but with a difference. We will always be having some curd stocked up so no worry we can do it just like a magic.I was thinking whether I should add this recipe to my blog because it is such a simple recipe but as it was one among the landmark recipes in Maharashtrian cuisine I was forced to write about it without any doubt. This maharashtrian matha recipe is one of the traditional drinks that is a must served dish during festivities and marriages. We here for “neer more” will be adding seasoning and that is the only difference but whatever it is whether North or South(India)its more persistent important inevitable drink.Already I have posted the “neermoru”recipe here so check it out.
