instant milk peda / kesar milk powder peda recipe
instant milk peda / kesar milk powder peda recipe
Again Iam making a sweet dish this time of course starting this month with a dessert note. This instant milk peda is such a quick sweet everything put together stir and you are done. Usually they make this by reducing the milk to a solid which is naturally time consuming but results are worth the wait. The taste and texture of the original milk peda is a keeper. But if you are in a hurry to satisfy your sweet craving instantly then this kesar peda is an exact one to try. You can substitute the condensed milk with sugar but add it at the last stage after the dough cools down completely. It may be little sticky when its made but after hours of sitting it will be perfect one. Love to add saffron
which makes this whole desert very flavourful and tasty. You can skip adding corn flour as its not mandatory but I have added to give some pattern. All the way through in making of this one thing you have to be careful is that to cook it in low flame. Otherwise it will stick to the bottom and big chunks of browny bits will appear. Whole dish will be spoilt. While shaping pedas grease your hands well and make it. Do not skip definitely do try this instant milk peda its a such a easy desert to make any time.
