Indian peanuts chat/peanut chaat(salad)recipe
INGREDIENTS:
Boiled shelled peanuts – 1 cup
Onions chopped – 1/4 cup
Tomatoes chopped – 1/4 cup(skin alone)
Salt to taste
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Chat masala – -3/4 tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp(finely chopped)
Green chillies chopped – 2
Sea salt for boiling the raw peanuts with shells – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
METHOD:
1.Pressure cook the peanuts and shell the peanut making one cup and keep ready.
2.Take the peanuts in a bowl add salt,cumin powder,chilli-powder and chat masala.
3.Then add onion,tomato,green chillies,coriander,lemon juice and mix it.
4.And you are ready to serve it.
