If you love peanut butter then you will be liking this flavored cookie because there are few people who don’t like the flavour. Because they are strong and intense of course we should accept that majority in the crowd are super addictive to this magic ingredient. It turned out perfect crispy and delicious. There is no need to add any milk while making the dough. The dough was soft and not sticky which turned out to be super perfect. As usual the oven temperature differs from oven to oven so you bake accordingly. Generally for baking to be more precise I always go for measuring ingredients by weight. Not in cups which will not always give the same result. The important thing to remember while baking this cookies is that you should
place the dough with enough space so that when you bake it spreads and bakes perfectly. Don’t over bake the cookies and burn them. Correct time is more crucial so be watchful on that. Nowadays salt we get are more intense sometimes the grains won’t dissolve while baking. INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour/maida – 140 gm
Unsalted butter – 85 gm
Castor sugar – 25 gm
Brown sugar – 75 gm
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
Peanut butter – 100gm
Vanilla essense – 1/2 tsp
METHOD:
1.Set every ingredient ready.
2. In a mixing bowl add in the butter and sugar with vanilla essence beat with a electrical beater till pale and fluffy.
3.In-between mix flour salt and baking soda and keep ready.
4.When fluffy add peanut butter and beat well for few seconds.
5.Now its time to add in the flour little by little and mix in with a spatula.
6.It form a dough which is pliable and soft.
7.Cling wrap and it goes into the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
8.Take out and make balls and arrange on a parchment sheet with baking tray underneath.
9.In-between preheat oven at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.
10.Press the ball with a fork to give it a design.
11.Put the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes till nicely golden.
12.Take out cool and relish.

- The dough should be given space while baking so that it spreads nicely.
- Baking temperature always differs so bake accordingly.
- Measure ingredients correctly for perfect results.
- Some salt are more sharp so you can limit the amount as needed.
- Some ovens may take less time to bake.
