You can decorate it creatively depending upon your liking. Any left over cake can be used to make these cake pops. I had made a coffee flavoured cake this time with a coffee buttercream frosting. I made
it for my friend’s birthday so had some left over cake and buttercream. Quickly made this eggless cake pops recipe and in no time all had disappeared without a trace. I did not have lollipop sticks with me so served it in small paper cups. Two types of dippings I made one was with white and the other was a dark chocolate dip .You can use coloured and some chocolate sprinkles to coat the pops. This time I made this cake pops with eggless left over you can make it with egg cake. Sure try this cake pops recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
Left over cake eggless or with egg – 175 gms
Butter cream any flavour – 2 tbsp
For coating:
White or milk chocolate – 100 gms
Dark chocolate – 100 gms
METHOD:
1.Take any left over cake mixture you have and buttercream.
2.For melting chocolate keep a vessel with water and a fitting bowl over it.
3.When water starts to boil put chopped white/dark chocolate separately mix thoroughly till it forms shiny mixture without lumps and keep ready.
4.In-between add butter cream to the cake crumble and make tight balls out of this and keep.
5.Dip each ball in dark or white chocolate and keep it in a butter paper lined pan to set in fridge.
6.All the decorations can be done as per your ideas.
7.After the chocolate sets serve.
