easy paneer bhurji recipe /paneer bhurji gravy
Most often we will be eager to make some food that are both really simple and with satiating taste. One such soulful dish is this easy paneer bhurji recipe. Many have their own versions of making this paneer bhurji and whatever way you do it turns out good if it has good balance. Its made with usual onion tomato gravy base and when these paneer crumbles are added it reflects the egg bhurji in taste and texture. I prefer to go with homemade paneer than store bought as the homemade is more soft and
succulent than the dry ones bought at stores. I usually add butter at last which transforms this dish to more creamy and tasty one. Adding capsicum is optional but it really enhances the taste and adds some crunch to this wonderful side dish. If you like paneer then this recipe will be a hit in your home for sure. Its an excellent side dish to match with phulkas, chappathi, naan, kulcha’s and even any breads of your choice.

You can use even kasturi methi at last but my recipe was very good by itself.
Butter can be added for nice round flavour otherwise you can skip.
