Easy milk pudding recipe / Eggless No bake Rose milk pudding
This Milk pudding recipe is very easy to make this summer that too its eggless. The flavour of rose that comes through is so soothing and comforting that too in this hot summer days.I have added condensed milk you can add even sugar and make this pudding. The other name for Agar-Agar is china grass. This china grass comes as strands and flakes. If you are going to use strips of china grass the same 5 grams will do. Cut the strips then soak in water so that it soaked well.China grass powder is very easy to use as it dissolves easily. Always serve this pudding chilled
and that’s how it should be eaten. You can make it as simple milk pudding without adding rose syrup. Just add vanilla essence and make this as milk pudding. Do try this Easy milk pudding recipe and enjoy this summer.

INGREDIENTS:
Milk – 2cups /500 ml
Agar Agar powder 1 tsp/5 gm
Water – 2 tbsp
Condensed milk – 225 gms/ 1 cup
Rose essence – 50 gm/22/12 tbsp
Blend of cashew badam & pista powder – 2 tbsp
METHOD:
1.Dilute Agar-Agar powder in water leave it for 5 minutes.
2.Grease suitable bowl or cups I have taken baking aluminium cups & glass container.
3.Pour milk into a pan with condensed milk stir in well.
4.Switch on the stove let it boil.
5.Now add the diluted china grass mixture stir well.
6.It will become slightly thick now switch off add rose essence.
7.Stir down evenly add nuts mixture.
8.Now you can add more nuts at the bottom then pour the mixture.
9.Cool in fridge for 2-3 hours de-mold & serve.

Notes
- You can take individual tin or any thing you prefer.
- Instead of rose syrup you can add vanilla essence and make it as simple milk pudding.
- Instead of Agar-Agar you can use gelatin or cornflour.
- Agar Agar sets at room temperature as well but its preferable to serve it chilled.
