easy mango panna cotta recipe /marudhuskitchen
This easy mango panna cotta recipe just melts in your mouth with strong mesmerising flavour of mangoes that you will never forget. Its not only easy to make but its a perfect dessert that everyone will be easily influenced to make this quite often especially during this hot summer months. I have added some sugar to the mangoes as mine was not that much sweet. If your mangoes are sweet its better to skip sugar. Instead of blooming the gelatine separately for white layer and mangoes. Have done it as a single shot. But you can add half tablespoon of gelatine separately for mango puree and dissolve it and use. Its ok if you don’t have castor sugar use powdered sugar so that it dissolves easily. Agar Agar can be used if you want it to be vegetarian version. Of-course the texture difference will be there
when using agar agar. In the place of mango you can use strawberries ,cherries ,chocolate, coconut even some kind of crush can also be used. Loved the wobble which tells that you have made a perfect pannacotta. Gelatin should be nicely dissolved before pouring into molds so I have microwaved it before adding to
the milk mixture to be double sure. You can always skip this microwaving part and directly add to milk after blooming but definitely you should filter the content before pouring into molds. Do try this easy mango panna cotta recipe this summer and enjoy the summer in a cool way.
