Enjoying mangoes as such in summer days will always be a right choice for every mango lover. Even-though we say that way there are lot of mango recipes that should not be missed and should never be skipped trying. One such is this mango ice cream with sweetened condensed milk. Sugar is not at all needed as we add condensed milk and also the sweetness from the mangoes is well enough to bring the balance. The consistency is perfect for this mango ice-cream without adding any
milk and adding fresh cream gives creaminess needed for an ice-cream. Instead of fresh cream you can even use whipping cream if you have one. I have used a mixture of Imampasand(a variety of mango) and alphonso variety for making this ice-cream. You can use any sweet variety mangoes except that it should not be too fibrous. This mango ice-cream is very easy and tasty recipe with only few ingredients. Try this ice-cream for sure this summer and enjoy the mango flavoured goodness.

INGREDIENTS:
Ripe mangoes(cut) – 11/4 cups(when pureed makes 1 cup)
Condensed milk – 11/2 cups
Fresh cream – 3/4 cup
METHOD:
1.First add cut pieces of mangoes in a blender and grind smooth.
2.Then add condensed milk to this and again blend.
3.Take this in a separate bowl and keep.
4.In another take ice cubes in a big bowl and place a bowl with fresh cream over it.
5.Cream with a hand blender till nicely thick.
6.Add this to the mango puree and fold nicely until well combined.
7.Transfer to a freezable container and close with a cling film.
8.Freeze for at least 8 hours or until set.
9.In-between take out and beat well until silky and keep back.
10.Your mango ice cream is all ready.

Notes
Take mangoes without any fibre otherwise any sweet mango variety will be ok for making this ice-cream.
Fresh cream should be cold enough when whipping and in addition with ice cubes bowl to set.
